Eslington Mews is a new Select Living development comprising of 21 one and two bedroom apartments built with 55+ residents in mind.

This high quality development provides a luxurious lifestyle concept and Urban River were tasked with creating and implementing a campaign to support the apartment sales.

The big idea

We used a series of stylish lifestyle images to portray modern living through a clean and simple design. The adverts increase awareness and interest, driving people to either call Select Living directly for more information or visit the website to request an enquiry pack.

The range of mediums included posters, radio adverts, Metro station boards, building site hoardings and local buses.

The message is consistent across various deliverables; the close-knit community living, lifestyle benefits, array of facilities available onsite, security measures and apartment details.


To provide maximum coverage, we created a campaign that involved branding a major Metro station with a range of outdoor media including station ads, large format billboards and escalator panels.

To compliment this, we created an extensive outdoor bus advertising campaign appearing throughout the locality.

We concepted and scripted a regional radio campaign to support the opening of the show apartments; it ran both prior to and after the event.
