Eslington Mews and Springfield House make up the new Select Living residential development built with 55+ residents in mind.
This high quality development provides a luxurious lifestyle concept and Urban River was tasked with creating and implementing a campaign to support the apartment sales launch.
Creating materials fit for the client
This project involved us researching and understanding the needs and concerns of the Select Living purchaser.
Understanding the purchaser
Moving from their family home to a new-build apartment may be a daunting decision so using clear layouts, relaxing and neutral colours and larger text allowed us to create an information pack for Select Living’s market.
To support Select Living’s brand and advertising campaign, we created a range of promotional literature including stationery, invites and information packs.
The range of stationery included letterheads, compliment slips and direct mailers for those website visitors who registered to receive updates.
When the apartments were near-completion, potential customers were sent information packs.
This included an overview of the overall development, invitation to the open house event plus apartment visualisations, elevations and specifications all delivered in a branded folder.
Since the development opening in February 2012, we continue to create a seasonal Newsletter so residents can be kept up to date with the happenings in and around the retirement community.
