Not ones to rest on our laurels at Urban River, we’re delighted to introduce to you our brand new website design and branding. The new site is an extension of our professional yet informal customer service approach, and allows us to showcase our creative work in the best possible way.

Improved User Experience
Our talented web designers in Newcastle have built our responsive site to provide a greater user experience on all devices. So, whether you’re browsing on the go on your mobile, scrolling on a tablet at home or browsing on your desktop at work, we wanted the site to be representative of who we are, what we do and exactly how we do it.
As you can see, our previous site was more service specific, focusing on the services that we provide to our customers, whereas our new website design is focused around the work we’ve completed and the processes of how the results were achieved. This then nicely flows into case study examples of client work.

These portfolio pieces provide an in-depth ‘sneaky peek’ behind the scenes summary, if you like, of how some of our design work has been achieved. Take for example the portfolio of Helen McArdle Care. Our new work section allows you to browse the brief of the initial project, the solutions we recommended and implemented and real examples of the results. We wanted to bring the process of working with Urban River to life and show you rather than tell you exactly what we can do. The proof is always in the pudding, so they say!
