Providing creative, design and web support for this leading North East venue which encompasses a theatre /live auditorium, cinema, gallery, restaurant and community arts space with annual visitor numbers exceeding 250,000 per annum.
The Customs House approached Marketing Agency Newcastle Urban River in 2013 to assist with an overhaul of their marketing campaigns and print design support for a wide range of promotions including flyers, banners and outdoor media for individual shows to quarterly events guides. In 2016, we were approached to concept, design and build a completely new website with an improved user experience and fully functional booking system.
