New Website and Brand for SnowShock
Published: September 2015
Our clients over at SnowShock tasked us to create a new look for their company – contributing to SnowShock’s best summer sales on record!
The Newcastle slush products provider approached Urban River with a simple brief – to help them to become one of the biggest providers in the UK of frozen slush supplies, machinery and slush mixes.
We have created a whole new brand for the company, incorporating it across a new e-commerce website, promotional materials and all merchandise – see our Snowshock branding case study here. We also created the recognisable, lovable SnowShock yeti mascot, which drives SnowShock’s brand identity.
Peter Campbell, Managing Director at SnowShock said: “Business is booming this Summer at SnowShock.
2015 has seen recognition from industry peers in the winning of the Palmer & Harvey supplier of the year award. In 2015 we’ve seen a growth of over 60% from 2014, and we thought that was a bumper year!”
“Urban River has been part of our growth story over this period and have been particularly skillful with their design work on re-vamping the existing brand and developing two new brands from scratch.”
Snowshock has been established since 2003 and has grown to become the UK’s 2nd largest slush product provider. Snowshock’s digital efforts and e-commerce site have undoubtedly played a significant part in their growth as a business.
As well as the SnowShock website, the company are expanding and we have been tasked with creating two other websites to help SnowShock emerge into other frozen drinks markets.
Our Managing Director, Carl Buckley, is equally as thrilled to be a part of SnowShock’s ongoing success. He added:
“It’s always good to work alongside a successful brand, especially when it’s a local business with serious ambition. We saw the vision that SnowShock had and collectively we have successfully rolled that vision out across all online and offline platforms. It’s been a great summer for business and weather here in the North East!”
